Direct to Pack-Software Package

Direct to Pack is a custom software package that helps reduce manpower. It helps control the entire line from the control box. This creates a seamless transfer of information and can be controlled by one person. 

*Direct to Pack has an optional feedback package that sees when the Filler is over capacity or is disconnected and sends the fruit to another Filler. This increases efficiency and keeps the workflow consistent. 
Note: The Direct to pack system software can be added later at any time as an upgrade.

Autobox Filler

The Autobox Filler simplifies the packing process and is easy to train an operator on. It is programmable for 2.5kg and up. It can work with multiple box sizes, Euro boxes or it can use bag templates for cherries. It has a high throughput and can run 3 tons per hour. The process of the Autobox filler is that it feeds boxes automatically underneath, while cherries are fed on top. The produce is weighed into boxes. When the box reaches its target weight and the next box enters. The screen to monitor the activity is a large touch screen with high resolution.  Also, the height can be adjusted to ergonomically fit your team.  It is made of stainless steel and FDA approved plastics. The Autobox Filler creates long-term financial gain with fewer needed employees and can be remotely operated. It is designed in consideration of your unique space/needs.

Simple Fill

The Simple Fill is a machine that attaches to the end of the Packing Table and fills boxes by weight. It requires simple operator training to place and remove the boxes and to operate the software. It is easy to do your final check of produce before it enters the box here. The Simple Fill accurately weighs with precision. It has a reliable container weight, programmable for 1kg-20kg. It has variable speed motor controls for belt and brush, target weight start/stops, simple calibration and displays pack/box. The Simple Fill is made of stainless steel-powder coat and natural finishes.

Packing Tables

The Packing Table receives cherries from a water flume, drains the water, runs the produce on a separate de-water and fungicide belt. It transfers the product onto a LED lit belt for inspection before going to the packing station of your choice. The Packing Table is made of durable stainless steel, has adjustable height for your teams’ ergonomic benefit, and has a variable speed motor control. It has individual center return belts or flumes for cull and off-grade. The fungicide water capacity in 1.8 litters. The de-water area holds 0.5 liters of water in transit. The power requirement is 240-480 VAC, 3ph, .74kW. Power for the LED light is 110-240 VAC, 1ph. Belt types are FDA approved UNI plastic link and vinyl.

Off End/Return Elevator (option small cluster cutter)

The Off End/Return Elevator receives the cherries from the RP360 Off End Flume, drains the water by elevating them on a flighted belt. This raises the produce from the end of the grader to a height that they can be put back into the grader feed. The Return Elevator has a tank that catches the water underneath and redirects it. Nothing wasted saving you money and time.

Flume Work Transfer to packing belts

The Water Transfer is a water flume that evenly distributes the cherries from the Small Fruit Eliminator to the RP360. It is stainless steel and designed with an open top for better viewing and access for cleaning.The Flume Work Transfer is the water flume that transfers the cherries from the RP360 to the Packing Table. It is made of stainless steel and is anti-bacterial. The top is open for ease of cleaning and for visibility of product flow from overhead. The Water Transfer is a water flume that evenly distributes the cherries from the Small Fruit Eliminator to the RP360. Junk and Small Fruit Roller Eliminator

The Eliminator has parallel rollers that allow small debris to fall through while the cherries are transferred to the Deep-Water Transfer. The debris is collected on a belt under neath and transferred to a bin or tote for removal. It is made of Stainless Steel.

Cluster Cutter

The Cluster Cutter is a combination of, belts that carries the product and a series of specialized saws that separate or cut the stem from clusters of cherries. The Cluster Cutter gives you individual cherries with single stems intact. It has a 98% accuracy rate. This machine also has adjustable height for longer or shorter stemmed cherries.

Elevator Belt

The Elevator belt is submerged in the dump tank and has a food grade plastic belt with flights to carry the cherries up from the dump tank to the water transfer and cluster cutter. It comes with a variable speed control and is easy-to-clean. Its components are stainless steel and plastic belting.
